Well adjusted and loved American Staffordshire
terri-1388 June 2007
This movie lets us know that we can have a disabled animal and still take care of it and not have to put the animal to sleep due to its problem. This movie shows us that the American Staffordshire known as the "Pit Bull" is a great dog if given the right owners that will love and make the dog a part of their family especially with children. And not left outside to entertain and raise itself. I loved this movie i bought several copies and passed them out to everybody i knew with this breed so they could see just how really gentle they are with the right owners. I wish everybody could watch this movie to get a feel for the breed and know that its not the well adjusted dogs that get into trouble it is the dogs owned by drug dealers and gang members that create all of the news. I recommend this movie to everybody. Terri from Boise Idaho

Devotion
RedyTlk8 June 2007
This is a great movie about devotion. If you're a true dog lover, you'll enjoy the movie and learn a lot about love. As a pit bull owner it is very heart-warming to watch a movie depicting one man's love of his dog. It is also very touching for the devotion he has despite his dog's physical limitations. People are sometimes so quick to end a dog's life due to a physical need. I would recommend this movie if you're looking for information. I would recommend the movie if you're looking for a feel-good movie. It is a good movie for the responsible pit bull owner who truly loves the breed. Seeing people interacting with the dog in this movie is a pit bull lover's dream. Pit bull's get too much negative media attention, it was heart-warming to see the media portray the pit bull in the light the breed deserves.

Very Informative and Inspirational True Story
rf10609 June 2007
I found this documentary to be both heartwarming and educational. This film is very accurate in providing information about the pit bull terrier's temperament and other special characteristics. For people who have had biased opinions on this breed based on the media, this is the type of film that can help reshape ones conceptions. This is made possible by a combination of the narrator's heartfelt comments and the star of the show, Corral. Although, I have rescued several "bully breeds" over the years I have never interacted with a disabled one. This film helped make up for perhaps that one void in my rescue experience. It has also helped me be better prepared to offer advice to people who have handicapped animals and are considering having them put down. This film shows how much life means to them and how what appears to a disability to us is nothing to our fury companions. I am so glad that I learned of this film and was able to view it.
