(at around 1h 13 mins) Rasputia dissolves Kate's Potato Head doll in acid. Later, she finds the doll in the basement, only slightly damaged by the acid. It is unknown how this happened.
In one scene when Norbit is in the hospital, his hand is actually Rasputia's hand, with red nail polish and long fingernails. In the next shot, it goes back to being Norbit's normal hand.
(at around 53 mins) The first time Norbit is waiting for the mailman, the mailman has a large red envelope mixed in with the letters. In the next shot, there is no red envelope.
(at around 7 mins) At dinner with the Latimore's, the cut of meat on Big Black Jack's serving platter is not the "turkey ass" that appears on Norbit's plate.
Norbit calls the dog "Lloyd" but the credits list his name as "Floyd".
Near the end of the movie, a close up of Rasputia has a Tennessee Post Office in the background. However, the zip code begins with an "8" which would indicate the Post Office is in the Southwest. All zip codes in Tennessee start with a "3"
In the beginning, where Norbit and Kate get married, they use ring pops as rings, which doesn't make sense because they got married around the early 70s, when ring pops were made in 1979.
Rasputia's car is a 1980 MGB which is powered by 1.8L I4, however throughout the film the car has a engine sound of a V8.
(at around 5 mins) When the twins are beating up Norbit, the first shot shows them pushing his real face into the sand. The next shot shows them punching on a overweight dummy.
(at around 32 mins) When Rasputia is driving on the lawn with Norbit, trying to run over the dog, there are tire marks in front of the car.
(at around 48 mins) When Kate and Rasputia are sitting and talking at the water park, Rasputia is obviously wearing a body suit.
The car doesn't always lean to the left when Rasputia is driving.
(at around 5 mins) When Norbit is talking to the girl that he likes at the fair, one of the kids (a young girl) riding on the merry-go-round is seen watching their conversation and is instructed by someone off camera to look away.
(at around 17 mins) During Rasputia's dance class, one close-up of Buster Perkin panning away reflects camera equipment in the mirror. Likewise in another shot, you can see the reflection of the cameraman's feet moving across the floor.
While Norbit and Kate discuss about her wedding rearrangements, the camera's shadow can be seen on passing extras.
