Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • One of the tame ones of all the TV talk shows. The only thing this has is confrontation and arguing. Mason is much more stricter about decorum than Downey, Bey, or Springer ever was. Some subjects matters were serious, such as the 1991 Crown Heights Riots episode.

Profanity

  • The Crown Heights riots episodes had reference to the use of "kike" and "diamond dealers." But no real profanity.
  • The Crown Heights Riots episode had a reference to the anti-Jewish slur which one of the guests accused Sharpton of wanting to say, but instead said "diamond dealers." But no real profanity.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Confrontational episodes about racism, economic poverty, but it's mostly just arguments.
