From its MIAMI VICE-like fashions and overly sanitized atmospherics, to its melon-headed "hard rock" musical score, it should be a cheeeze lover's delight. Alas, it's also deliriously dull, with none of the characters or situations making much of an impression.
In the end, not even a thousand beautiful women could save this one...
