Fast Paced but annoying
Sherazade6 January 2010
Warning: Spoilers
This is a very fast paced movie about assuming one's responsibility in life and accepting who you are. If you blink, you might very well miss something because everything happens so fast in this movie.

Satyam(the title character) is a down-on-your-luck type guy who is disowned by his family after a street fight that brings shame upon the family. He vows to do good by them but cannot even catch a break when all his friends apparently start excelling with their lives and he is left behind to deal with the sneers and snickers of his elders in society. In his quest to excel himself, he meets beautiful yet unattainable Ankita with whom he falls in love (she is played by serial brat Genelia D'Souza).

The songs are upbeat and keep with the pace of the movie and the film is a welcome distraction from repetitive Bollywood films but unfortunately even in Telugu films, the ever annoying Genelia D'Souza is still revered as something hotter and bigger than she actually is.
