Yet another precious short from Eva Saks
planktonrules27 July 2008
I recently discovered a film maker who oddly has not yet gotten much notice on IMDb. How her films haven't become even more well-known is beyond me, as Eva Saks has a brilliant ability to portray the world through the eyes of children--and in the case of KYLIE GOLDSTEIN, ALL American she has managed to do so in the most adorable and precious way!

The film is a short in which a very precious Chinese-American girl talks about her life. Though she talks like an American and loves all the "American" foods, Kylie was adopted from China and her story, though not exactly deep or profound, is amazing to watch--it's so well done and so charming. Yet again, Saks has done it--gotten a terrific performance from a child and told a story in a way few film makers can. See this film!
