Excellent short, with real story and a real emotional bite.

This is an excellent short that has a real story arc to it, as opposed to just a one line gag or a twist in the tale. It tells the story of a postman who is desperate to save time not only on his route but in every aspect of his life. Running in a race to find the fastest postman of the region!( yes this is funny too) the story builds through flashbacks to previous parts of his life and where we gradually come to find out WHY he wants to save so much time. You really get to care about the main character and it has genuine laughs. The acting from Shaw and Battersea is really impressive, as is the production values, making it an all round terrific production. The climax to the story, is really emotional and I felt very moved by it, which is not something you can usually say about a short. Saw the director's other short, Walking with Walken which is equally impressive and marks him out to be someone to watch for. I wish we had a postman like Sammy!
