Visually imaginative, but messed up

This felt like some sort of fever dream or hallucination.

The visuals are creative and atypical, despite the somewhat dated CGI. The plot, on the other side, is barely nonexistent. And there is a certain "messed up" vibe (Read: Full of creepy sexual innuendos despite barely lasting 3 minutes) from beginning to end, which I guess why it is rated so low.

It's definitely not disturbing on the same level than stuff like "Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show", but it is still... quite unsettling anyway.

Popee the Performer is like "My Neighbor Totoro" compared with this.
