Addictive!

I've owned this DVD for over a year, and I still watch it at least once a month. I've shown parts of it to all of my friends... all have been mesmerised by the talent and artistry of The Australian Pink Floyd Show. The bad has attracted new fans through this DVD. The DVD captures the magic of the live Australian Pink Floyd Show performance. It's like you are sitting in the first row! If you'd go see the real Pink Floyd, then you should see this DVD. If you like classic rock, you should see this DVD. And if this band ever comes to your town, you should go and see them... you will not be disappointed!

I hope that my copy does not wear out!

It was a kangaroo, not a flying pig, but I liked it anyway!

I cannot believe that there are three people on this site who gave '1' to this show?! Probably some fans of Lady GaGa or Brian Adams.

I mean, TAPFS is probably the best tribute band in the world and their music is simply brilliant, as close to Pink Floyd perfection as possible. Everything we love about Pink Floyd is reproduced here. Yes, on a smaller scale, but with great attention to detail. Except music! It's a perfect copy of the original, like a picture in the mirror.

These guys *know* how to play music: the guitar solo from "Comfortably Numb" sent 10.000 volts down my spine, slightly less from 15.000 volts when played by Gilmour. But it did not matter. I was struck with awe and pure admiration.

For all Pink Floyd fans, this is "a must see". We probably won't see Pink Floyd on the stage ever again, but TAPFS is the next best thing. I wish to thank them for keeping the spirit of Pink Floyd so much alive.

Not Your Father's Pink Floyd...But, It Sure Sounds Like It!

Imitation, being the most sincere form of flattery, Pink Floyd should be proud as this "tribute" is nothing if not most impressive form of appreciation imaginable.

There are but a handful of great acts whose musical catalogs deserve the tribute treatment. Pink Floyd's music was always their legacy as not one of the members were "pop stars". This, more or less, when combined with their seemingly endless popularity and lack of interest in continuing on as a band creates a possibility. That possibility is taken to the highest level of professionalism by The Australian Pink Floyd Show. It is truly like hearing actual Pink Floyd live if not seeing them in the flesh. Does it matter that it's not the real members of Pink Floyd? Not one bit, the music speaks for itself and the members of TSPFS do it righteous justice. Now, even the stage and light show is on par with the P.U.L.S.E. era Pink Floyd spectacle. TAPFS has been evolving for onwards of ten years and viewing the Royal Alber Hall Show here reveals it has reached a sophistication that even Pink Floyd could not surpass. If you are a fan it's a must, in fact I'll go further and say for whatever reason it seems even more accessible as presented here. Perhaps, like me, you have read David Gilmour has attended and endorsed it. I can understand why and can only say it is not to be missed.

Awful lead guitarist.

Absolutely crucified every song.

How can this awful stuff continue. No passion and such arrogance, a hugely unpopular individual with a deluded outlook.

Lead guitarists really are ten a penny.

Show some restraint and class, none of which are evident on or off stage.

Heard stories about this person, I can see after some minor digging all of them are true.

The original line up would be appalled at the antics of this individual. A god complex if ever there was one.

You are not better than anyone else. Just a human being with huge chips on your shoulder. Dreadful example, you reap what you sow.

Never again.
