A Struggling Agent Kidnaps his last client in Hopes of getting one last script before goes.

Witting and Charming in it's simplicity. The humor is in the writing which is a rare delight from the toilet humor of our time. Music from Adon Higgins is actually good, not a cheap way to get family in a movie. J.C. Skinner is a show stealer with his real presence and every man comedy. With the minimal amount of crew, funding and resources this film has the meat of a piece that worked well within it's restraints. Given a budget twice the amount of what they worked with and you would get back gold. This is the second feature for Patrick and he continues to come up with fresh scripts and stories that we love to hear. I would recommend this movie (once they have a distributor to everyone).

The best movie in the world!

I thought I knew movies until I saw "Under the Gun." Now I am almost sad because now everything else seems so tepid compared to this piece of movie-making genius. It has set a standard so high that everything else is lost in the shadow of its greatness. Citizen Kane wishes he was as cool as Russel (the gun totting pimp-master) and the Godfather probably was taught by Arthur's father. Seeing this movie was like being in a jacuzzi with 10 beautiful women after taking 10 pills of ecstasy (well not exactly, I don't remember much of that incident, but you get the idea). If you haven't seen it then you don't know anything about great entertainment and should stop reading this and go see it! Yes, you! Go! Anyway I can't wait to see more from the spectacular writer, director, producer, production team, grips, and catering service! PS This movie is great

hysterical, witty, and downright fun

This movie proves that even with a limited budget and not much to work with, you can make a great film. Its comedy is fresh and original, standing out among the plague of incessant sex jokes and predictability of many recent mainstream releases. It really captures the insanity of the entertainment business and the struggle of the underdog. I loved Arthur's hilarious commentary (probably because it's true!) and Russel's macho cynicism had me laughing constantly. The rest of the cast proves to be just as spectacular, adding even more flare to the crazy story. The great acting and writing of this film overshadows any production shortcomings and will instantly win you over.
