OMG! This should summarize my review but then you would still not know what it's all about. It's a Dutch zombie flick and I noticed on forums that a lot of people are searching this. And it is really hard to find, there are just a few copies floating on the planet. Nevertheless, I've got one and you all know that I'm not into zombies, and here we see the reason why. I must also say that if you take it seriously that you will have some problem with it. It's more a comedy even as the director didn't mentioned it to be a comedy, I guess. The effects used are as cheap as you can think. There is a wig, black with some white parts that pops up on many zombies. The faces are sometimes just black paint or sometimes a cheap goth look-a-like paint. The use blood bags of course but you can see that they squeeze on the bags to get the blood out. sometimes you easily see the bags in their hand or even falling onto the ground. The ending with the giant plastic ant is also a big laugh and the zombie coming out of the lake, well, remember 'zombielake'... The actors were no actors at all, I remember that the director was just searching for people to join his flick and therefore the acting is really wooden. The English they use is of course Dutch English, do I need to say more. But still Maarten Van Druten got his attention with his attempt of making a memorable turkey, for me, he succeeded.
