A chow puppy that can't jump and teen singer Tamera Foster's audition lead this week's rundown of the top online clips
We've for a wonderful mix of happy, sad, funny and cute videos for you this week. Starting with the "aaahh" factor, you won't be able to resist a tiny chow puppy that can't manage to jump up a small step.
But if it's a laugh you are after, take a look at our clip of an attempted robbery in Brazil, filmed by a security camera at the other side of the street. You'll also have a chuckle at a Crystal Palace fan who tries his hardest to get noticed as he stands behind a Sky Sports commentator during the Premier League transfer deadline day coverage.
Tears were shed this week for the veteran television presenter, David Frost – we remember him with a recording of his 2008 interview with actor George Clooney.

There are certain concerts music journalists remember as if it was yesterday. The agonizing shin splints from watching a multi-night stand by AC/DC or seeing then-unknown New York quintet The Strokes opening for British band Doves at Toronto's Opera House in March 2001 before a few dozen people both come to mind, for different reasons.
But perhaps none have been as satisfying as landing a ticket for The Rolling Stones "warm-up" gig at Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theatre on Aug. 10, 2005. No guest list, no media pass. Just lining up at 5 pm on Sherbourne Street the night before, waiting 16 hours and hoping to pay $10 for one of roughly 200 to 300 ducats to see an incredibly exclusive gig before the band kicked off their A Bigger Bang world tour.
Now, as part of their ongoing archival "bootleg series" in association with Google Play, The Rolling Stones will be releasing "Light the Fuse: A Bigger...

I can’t believe another Comic-Con is almost upon us. That whole, odd, everything goes faster when you are older thing really is rather annoying. Not that I don’t like Cc… it’s a fairly mind boggling event when you think about it… it’s just that I could have sworn I was just there.
This year is going to be different for two reasons. One, for the first part of the festival, I’ll get to show the insanity off to Timo Descamps and Danny De Jong. It’s going to be their last look at America for the year; they wing their way home to Belgium from San Diego. They already think we Americans are a bit… unique. It will be interesting to hear their opinions after they see throngs of armored, light-saber weilding, Pikachu’s dancing with thong-clad Skeletors and leather-bra wearing Conans.

Hollywood's tales of wrongful convictions – such as the case of Kenny Waters – should provoke real-life action as well as tears
The big screen feeds greedily on miscarriages of justice, and it doesn't have to invent its instances. On top of the myriad wrongful convictions that it's contrived, it's made merry with the real thing in films ranging from The Wrong Man, Papillon and The Hurricane to Let Him Have It and In the Name of the Father.
The uncomplicated emotions that are usually evoked bathe characters, film-makers and audiences in a warm glow of righteousness. Conviction invites us to identify for a couple of hours with a tireless, selfless saint. Hilary Swank's Betty Anne busts a gut to spring her falsely convicted brother; in the end, she prevails. That's more or less it. This inspirational and comforting tale may leave us cheered, but ought that to be enough?

"This year was kind of a fluke and a freak," Alex Gibney said of 2010, the first 11 months of which have seen the release of three of his documentaries -- "Casino Jack and the United States of Money," "My Trip to Al-Qaeda" and his portion of "Freakonomics" -- and will usher in another this week with "Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer," an investigation into the New York governor whose triumphs as a public official were quickly erased by his private indiscretions. If that description of Gibney's latest sounds vague when nearly every American could recount some of the most sordid details of Spitzer's sex life by heart, it's because "Client 9" unfurls a narrative that barely resembles the one laid out by the mass media in their rush to make a star out of prostitute Ashley Dupré and a goat out of the man some predicted would become...

There's something unusually fitting about the way "Client 9" will advertise itself on the promise of Eliot Spitzer showing some recalcitrance or regret in his first major interview since resigning as the Governor of New York when in fact that's not what Alex Gibney's documentary is really about. Longtime supporters of Spitzer will likely know this in advance, having understood long ago that the same intellectualism that powered his crusade as a state attorney general to bring transparency to Wall Street would also render him nearly emotionless when trying to rationalize something personal.
As Gibney tries to pry in "Client 9," you'll hear Spitzer toss off comparisons to Icarus and boilerplate contrition, but what's far more telling is how the ex-governor can barely suppress a smile when talking about bringing down former Aig chairman Hank Greenberg or facing off with disgraced New York politician Joe Bruno.
