Complete clean entertainer
vganesh272 January 2015
This is a 10 star movie for Kamal fans. The comic timing of literally everyone in the movie is exemplary. Its laugh a riot throughout but Kamal does have his trademark emotional bits where he makes you feel his pain effortlessly as usual. Music by Deva is stupendous ( he is not known to be consistent but here he scores 120%). The background Carnatic piece is simply the best and takes you to another plane- hats off. Strange that there is no mention of Deva's superior contribution anywhere. Crazy Mohan's dialogs are par excellence! All in all this is a complete clean entertainer where every actor matches up to Kamal in comic timing and delivery- what a fun experience. I'll give it a 10/10 if you are in the mood for a comedy.

Excellent Performance by Kamal

Amazing story line and Kamal will be kept high through out the movie as "Enga Annan" by his assistants.Dialogues are crispy and very timing oriented so if we miss one we cannot follow that sequence. Guitar BGM is very good and songs are too good. Ramesh kanna acting will be simply outstanding. Kamal Chennai slang is WAOOOO!. Movie has some classic touch excluding the local Chennai background and some stunt scenes. Movie ends with a usual Kamal's Car Fight in the end.

A worth-watching comedy from Kamal Hassan, Crazy and Mouli
pearlmaharajan19 September 2011
Warning: Spoilers
The plot revolves around Pammal (a place where the hero lives)K. Sambandham, movie stuntman and a doctor named Janaki. Both are not interested in love and marriage. First half revolves around Kamal Hassan's Chennai Tamil and related comedies. Crazy Mohan's dialog has to be mentioned here. Unless you hear them carefully you will not get the comedies. A well narrated comedy. A decent music of original score and BGM from Deva. Also well supported by the camera. A no-error performance from Abbas, Vaiyapuri, Rameshkanna, Manivannann, Charlie (the usual Kamal's men) and also from the two charming Simran and Sneha. A special mention needs for Sreeman, as he makes the couple of scenes which has played well. A good and neat job.
