- A man and his wife are shown having sex; it is fairly brief and un-detailed, we only see him thrusting on top of her under the covers and we hear brief moaning. Immediately after sex, he starts sobbing. Only nudity is bare-chested male.

- A suicide and the aftermath are particularly upsetting and disturbing for most people.
- Several epileptic seizures are shown throughout the film. They are upsetting and intense.
