- Both Suzi X's and Velvet Von Black's theme songs are very sexual in nature, and it contains numerous lines about how sexy they are, how their boobs are big, and how people like to look at them.
- A song at the end of the movie is all about how it is okay to masturbate to cartoons, and how catfights are sexy.
- El Superbeasto starts to put his face into a woman's butt (she is still clothed) only to look up and realize that she is actually his sister, Suzi X. He looks away upset and mutters something about incest.
- Numerous incidents of fully exposed breasts and only one instance of male genitalia.
- Two instances of female genitalia.
- There are a few sex scenes. Especially in the beginning and the end of the movie.
- Murray the Robot is constantly aroused and he is driven around via his robot genitals.
- The entire plot revolves around Dr. Satan sleeping with a foul mouthed stripper.

- Every sentence that comes out of Velvet Von Black's mouth is profane.
- Lots of sexual inuendo and terms for genitalia (mostly made by Suzi X in one particular scene)
- There is a lot of swearing and sexual references in the songs that are sung.

- Even though it's really intense, it doesn't take itself seriously AT ALL
- One of the most inappropriate animated movies of all time.

- The elevator man during the end credits rips of his skin to reveal a topless (and bra-less) women with a southern accent. The scene cuts away to a bar where two men sing a country song about "Dick soup and cock salad."
