King Of the Moon - Original, Smart & Funny
LureaH29 September 2006
I saw this film when it was shown at the Tribecca Film Festival. It was imaginative, well written, superbly acted. The wonderful way that the relationship between Buzz & Neil progresses and the funny way that possible character tensions are played out between them was so clever. The imagined ego battles and insecurities are played with smart, broad strokes. This film is a short and I wanted it to go on & on. I wasn't ready for it to end. I especially loved Adam Paul as Buzz. His role as co-writer of this fun script also makes him someone to watch for when he is not in front of the camera! Also watch for the subtle changes in the set as the storyline progresses -- A well used plot devise.
