I attend film festivals regularly and have seen Last Conversation 3 times in 3 separate fests. I have never met Adam Ropp or anyone from the movie. The problem I notice with a lot of amateurs is that yes, they have low budgets and not so experienced actors and they try to say there movie is spectacular. This may be true, but the movie is only considered good because of what it is, not if it moved the audience or how it compared to other movies. Last Conversation cost $5 to make, it had a first time writer, director, actor, and actress. They had no lights or equipment except one camera. So, was this movie just "good" for what it was or did it meet the standards I stated above to make it an official "Great film"??? Well lets see
., Yes!!!! 1 Almost a fourth of every audience that sees it, cries!!!! They don't say "it's sad", but has water out there eyes. 2 Almost every showing it has it gets a standing applause. 3 It has been in 12 festivals and almost won every one it goes too(9)!! Do not, I repeat, Do not even try to say you have a movie that has done that!! I like how most people who say anything bad about the movie has a movie themselves and more than likely Last Conversation beat in a fest. If not, their movie has never even come close to winning like it has. And on a last note, everyone has there opinion and they are entitled to it, but one fact and I do mean 'fact' remains and that is, Last Conversation could be the most crappy shot, directed, and acted movie ever made, but it moves so many people and has won more best pic film fests than most shorts in the United States and that no matter what makes it a giant!
