Sexual humor is extremely common, as well as blurred sex acts and nudity, with certain terms being bleeped out and others not, with frequent allusions in seasons 4 and 5, made all the worse by the flashbacks that show it many times. One character is shown to be a womanizer, and this is stated frequently, with this character saying that he "(bleep) someone," and even pretends to be gay for season 4
This show has many sexual references, Gob is sleazy character who refers to sex as "F*cking women" constantly (the f-word is bleeped out), it's implied that he cheats on girlfriends and he is shown treating sex and women poorly (this is painted in a bad way).
Season 1 Episode 16 (Missing Kitty) women are shown in bikinis. The shape of Kitty's nipples are seen through her shirt to distract men. We then see girls on a boat in bikinis flashing men for attention, there is only a blur covering their chest. Men look at pornographic movies but breasts are blurred out. Kitty is shown flashing her bare chest several times, a blur covers this up.
Season 1 Episode 18 (Justice is Blind) shows a couple sitting up in bed after having sex several different times.
Season 1 Episode 22 (Let Em Eat Cake) Kitty flashes Michael but the camera moves away.
Season 2, episode 5 ("Sad Sack"): in a spoof of the Iraq War's "weapons of mass destruction" pretext, there's a sub-plot about a picture of something that's thought to be weapons but turns out to be an accidentally taken picture of a man's groin. The actual picture is seen very briefly, and it's not very graphic because of video effects that distort it.
Season 2 Episode 16 (Spring Breakout) The cover of pornographic movies are shown with small blurs over bare breasts. In several scenes many women are shown in bikinis. At a spring break gathering a man says that women will get free hats if they flash him and the crowd so several woman start flashing people and the camera shows their entire torsos and stomachs with small blurs over their breasts. Another scene shows Kitty flashing Michael again and there are blurs over her breasts but we can still see the rest of her stomach.
Season 2 Episode 18 (The Righteous Brothers) Kitty flashes Michael this time holding her shirt up for several seconds as another person is talking to Michael. We see her entire torso with only a small blur over her breasts.
Season 3 Episode 1 (The Cabin Show) While a boy is waiting for his dad outside it shows his dad in different back to back clips with scantily clad women. One of them wearing rollerblades, booty shorts, and a tube top that reveals her stomach. In another scene Kitty flashes Tobias but the camera cuts away and we see Tobias mocking that action to Michael.
While not directly shown, there are frequent references to sex throughout the show. This ranges from simple references to a couple preparing to have sex (this scene does not show any nudity but a man and a woman's bare feet and their clothing as it is dropped).

One character is an alcoholic, and is rarely shown without a drink in early episodes, and is even put in rehab.
Varying drugs are shown and used, ranging from pot to pills.
In the third season, a character introduces these pills called "Forget-Me-Now's" which turn out to be roofies. These pulls make appearances for the rest of the third season, as well as as the Netflix reboots.
