Sex & Nudity

- The opening credits show two men raping a bound and gagged woman. This is shot artistically and there is no nudity.
- A man looks through photographs he finds under a mattress. We see a woman who is without a top (breasts are clearly visible), and a man and woman having sex on a bed (breasts are also visible).
- A man has a woman held hostage in his van. He has one man hold her down, while he cuts off her shirt exposing both bare breasts. We also see her breasts from a camera they have recording, and it's aimed downward toward her.
- A man has a collage of nude women on his wall. Breasts and pubic region are clearly visible.
Violence & Gore

- Two men get into a fight in a room with a third, dead, man in it, whose throat is slit. The two men crash around the room, and one finally tazes, and then shoots the other.
- Bags of dismembered body parts are seen.
- There's a violent shootout between a man and several others in a cemetery. One is shot point-blank in the chest, and another is wounded in the shoulder. Much gunfire is exchanged.
- A young girl is accidently shot in the eye and is killed instantly. Her dead body is briefly seen with alot of blood on it.
- A man goes to rip open a woman's shirt and cut one of her breasts off, this act is not shown on screen.
- Two men walk into a bar and shoot a man, seen from a distance and no blood is visible. A man reaches for his gun and they shoot at him. They run out, and a man chases them and shots one in the chest. No blood visible. Another one is shot in the head while driving a car and blood spatters. The car crashes into another car. Another man is shot from distance with no blood visible.

- Many talks of drugs and dealing of such. The main character is a struggling alcoholic. A man smokes pot in several instances.
- A lot of characters in the movie are drug dealers or alcoholics.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The whole film is suspensful, violent with some disturbing scenes like sexual violence and murder.
- Strong violence is at the end of the film.
- A man commits suicide by jumping of a high building. His body is later seen with blood on.
- A man's shot goes astray and kills a young child. Her bloody face is seen.
- The scene where Matthew listens to a recording of a man's wife is hard to listen to.
- A young girl is kidnapped and she has had her fingers cut off.
- The scene where a woman is tied up and men threaten to cut her breasts off is hard to watch.
