Alright the performance is really good by all 3 lead characters. its about a Broken marriage / relationship between doctor wife and cop husband. and then comes a sad widow who goes lesbian action with wifey.

so first is, wife n husband lacks alot passion and sex in the marriage means both are so busy in their work that they dont have much time, well infact they got time to have some romantic action but they dont do it , pfff silly plot here.

so once a sad widow came in wife's life , then there is a spark of passion rise in wife's heart. its weird that she goes gay soo fast.

movie has some good ending , which is kinda stupid by the way. but anyhow its ok. atleast there are one or two very hot nude scenes .

bad ending? ... both wife n husband banging same woman, and wife knows that her lover is also banging her husband but she still fall for her. and then in the end, she got back to husband because her lover didnt protect the husband ? .. ahh boy..

Warning: Spoilers
"Affäre zu dritt" is a German television film from 2003, so this one has its 15th anniversary last year. It runs for roughly 1.5 hours like most of them do and was directed by Josh Broecker, sounds American, but is very prolific here in Germany. This one here is certainly among his most known efforts. The script is by Kerstin Cantz and looking at her other works ("Hebamme", "Ein Sommer in"), you could maybe fear the worst for this one here. Well, it is only partially justified as this is indeed a bad film, but not a horrible film overall. Looking at the title, you could basically say that all ambition was doomed to fail already. The film itself has a solid moment here and there, but especially in the crucial sequences it comes very short. One example would be finally the scene, in which the male protagonist is shot and it's a perfect example of how slow-motion can definitely destroy a scene and it is impossible to take it seriously, especially with the writers' fear of pulling through and actually killing the character. No surprise that this film today is really only defined by its lesbian content, also if you take a look at the lists to the right here on IMDb. But honestly these parts aren't any better than the rest. It is a film that goes for showiness instead of substance. With better writing and without the criminals catching part, it could have been turned into a decent family drama, maybe even thriller, but a lot of bad decisions were made here and the good moments were sadly mostly during relatively insignificant moments that did not really push the plot forward or result in character development. Another reason why this film is not as forgotten as some other, really many in fact, German TV productions is that it is a work that features two actresses that are still semi-famous here in Germany, certainly more known than the one male lead and pretty much the entire rest of the cast. But that doesn't mean they are greatly talented either. My suggestion is that you skip this one. If you are horny and in need of lesbian shots and recordings, then you know where to find better choice than this film. Don't watch.
