This comedy has been created evidently to exploit the caption and arouse curiosity. It is rather far-fetched, but original and serves its purpose. Chas. Arling works hard to help along, as does Caroline Rankin and Joseph Burke. The "votes for women" is incorporated in the working out of the plot.
