Mild

In one scene the train's brake is broken, causing it to go at high speeds down an extremely steep hill. Screams of fright and frightened faces are shown.
The part where the train arrives at Glacier Gulch is very intense. It turns into a runaway train and stops on the ice that is about to crack!
For preschoolers/kids and up.
None/Mild for neurodivergent viewers.
The conductor may frighten young viewers.
That one scrooge prank scene is just so wrong.
The Main Character Lives in Michigan, next to the Loud house and the Loud House is Mid at best and the fandom is a freaking mess next to Sonic and Steven Universe.
When three children go out to cross a bridge railroad, one boy almost falls.
The scene when the conductor is taking the Hero Boy and Leader Girl back to the back of the train, after they safely get the train back on the task after it derailed, they walk through a room full of broken down toys, and a marionette controlled by the Hobo may frighten some little kids due to the worn facial features of the puppet.
When the back part of the train separates from the rest, it goes wildly out of control (not too intense however).
