This is the first part of the Intergalactic Combat series of films.
The movie was shot in several shooting blocks spread over two years, this was simply because the production company imaginary films opted to make use of ever increasing extensive CGI elements which were designed, created and rendered totally all in house.
Neil Rayment was treated in hospital when he received a hand injury during the zone 2 fight sequence with the three ninjas on a roof facing Hammersmith Bridge. Though the injury itself was not serious, it did subsequently reveal a potentially dangerous blood clot that had formed in his hand after the previous day's heavy fighting. The clot caused his finger to split and bleed profusely so that his twin brother Adrian Rayment was called to set and doubled for him for the duration of the scene.
Three martial arts fight directors/coordinators - Gordon Alexander, Kevin McCurdy and Adam Richards - as well as an additional dramatic fight director Tim Davenport, were used during the trials and eventual production of the film to ensure as wide and diverse variety of styles and techniques were used during the film's dozens of fight sequences.
