- A man has some risqué material in the hold of his ship, which he refers to when he asks someone if he's been "reading my magazines." They are shown briefly, but it's hardly a worry.
- A boy bathes in a natural pool. We see his bare shoulders, but nudity is blurred under the water.
- A girl asks "Do you love me?" It's an innocent scene.
- A boy is seen in a bath tub. No nudity.

- A boy spends time in a concentration camp where guards make him very nervous. Brief suggestions of people being beaten. Nothing really shown. The boy has a bleeding cut on his dirty face as he toils. He remembers guards yelling because of something someone has done; someone is blamed for it and a guard raises a pistol at the camera (the victim) and a shot is heard. The actual shooting isn't seen.
- A street fight breaks out between local Communists and military personnel in an Italian city.
- A boy tries to beat up David when he accuses David of theft.
