This was the very last time that Barbara Mandrell would perform publicly for her country music fans. She was a genuine person. What you saw was what you got. She put God and her family before her career and that was what influenced her decision to leave the business in 1997. To me it marked the end of an era. She was and always will be THE entertainer of the century. I would recommend getting your hands on a copy of this performance. So far, there are no plans to put this on VHS or DVD. The rumor is though, that there are plans on putting her TV show on DVD by the end of this year. Keep your fingers crossed if you are a big fan!
