good anti-drug film

I really enjoyed this movie. Another czech film about drugs, but in comparison to "Samotari" (Loners) shows, what can really happen and not only the "good" things.

Story is really thrilling. All the time there is some action. No "silent" parts. And you can find there good jokes too. My favorite scene is, when boys are talking about things, which happened, when they were stoned (like in Claws).

Nice played role was homeless by Pepa Nos.

Really good movie

I thought it would be better...

PERNIKOVA VEZ. The movie had some really good moments and scenes but those were outweighed by weak performance of Radek Kuchar, and lots of "blank" parts (where merely something happened). In consequence of these "blank" parts the story was going too slow, what made it kind of boring.

Back to Radek Kuchar's character. I think Radek (the character) spoiled the whole movie. His looks were ridiculous, especially the hairstyle (maybe it supposed to look cool but just didn't work out). And since this film wasn't a comedy he didn't really fit in scene.

With slight changes, and replacement of Radek's character, this movie would be worth watching.

Slightly preaching, but a really nice story and a funny film.

I saw this a year ago on my visit in Prague. It had English subtitles, so I understood it pretty well.

First of all, the story was inspiring & interesting. In the end the whole thing unfolds and things aren't as they seemed in the beginning. Brilliant. I love to dialogue between the two main characters. It was pretty funny. Their drugged up moments were interesting, the way they tried to get to the bottom of Vera's death..

The night life of Prague seemed exciting, if not too involved around drugs. Hehe. In the end, the movie seemed like it was just saying "If you do drugs, this is what will happen!". This was slightly boring, but if you don't consider the message too much, you'll get an interesting story with fascinating characters and some funny dialogue. If you want to watch a Czech film, watch this one. 8/10
