- B-Rabbit and his new girlfriend, Alex have sex somewhere private at a factory he's working at, you can see the movements and their expressions and hear them clearly. No nudity is shown though, and you mostly just see them from the top.
- A few sexual jokes in the rap battles.
- At the first round of the rap battle at the end of the movie, Jimmy shows his bare bottom to the crowd when he finishes "walk my white a** back across 8 Mile". Played for laughs, mostly meant to roast the other rapper.
- Rap battles infrequently mention sex and genitalia.
- A man sees another man having sex with a woman through a window inside a studio. He then walks in and starts a fight with him. Movement can be seen but no nudity.
- A brief reference to a rape.
- There is a scene which shows a couple having sex for about 2 seconds and it shows her from the back, on top of him naked. You can also hear heavy breathing while this is happening. The only nudity shown is the upper part of the woman's butt.

- Jimmy and his friends take turns shooting a paintball gun at buildings. Jimmy shoots the paintball gun at a police car.
- Jimmy and his friends burn down a long-abandoned house. Nothing violent.

- Later on in the movie the protagonist (Jimmy 'B Rabbit') gets beaten up by a group of rappers. There are small amounts of blood, and for the rest of the movie he has a black eye. They also point a gun to his head, but he isn't shot. His sister is seen watching it, while screaming and crying.
- Some fights, they aren't graphic or intense.
- The main character beats up his mom's boyfriend after the man pushes her. The main character beats the boyfriend to the floor and shoves him a few times.
- A character accidentally shoots himself in the thigh. Played for laughs, you can see a little bit blood.
- The main character is jumped by a group of guys, while his sister watches in horror, not graphic or intense. He is punched, shoved and kicked once. He has a bruised eye for the rest of the movie.
