Sex & Nudity
-
- Despite airing on Cartoon Network's adult oriented block "Adult Swim", the show is more akin to a kid friendly Cartoon Network show than an adult show, with the exception of 2 episodes from season 4 which are rated TV-14.
- Zorak makes various references to sex throughout the show, and has sex in the episode "Pepper."
- Brak and his friend Clarence try to get laid by living in cardboard boxes in "Cardburkey", and Clarence has sex with a bloodcat that turned out to be a god's girlfriend that approaches Brak.
Violence & Gore
-
- Very little, Zorak is blown up in almost every episode, but no blood is shown, and it is in a very cartoony fashion.
Profanity
-
- Yes, but all profanities above "bitch" are bleeped.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
-
- Zorak tells Brak that they are going to get some beer behind their parents back in the pilot, but Brak doesn't know what this is and agrees.
- Zorak, in a parody of 1960s sitcoms, tells Mom to get him a highball, and Dad wants a cigarette instead.
- Dad smoked at an ice cream store he worked at (even though he couldn't smoke in there) and blew smoke right in his son's face, and put it out in the ice cream.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- Out of the first four Adult Swim originals (others are Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law, and Sealab 2021), The Brak Show is the tamest and least inappropiate.

Profanity
- Any and all profanity above medium is bleeped
