Sex & Nudity

  • A woman (Yoima Valdés) undresses and gets into bed with an older man (Sancho Gracia). She is totally naked. We see her breasts and pubic hair.
  • A woman (Yoima Valdés) wearing red lingerie, gets into bed with a young boy, Carlos (Luis Castro). She pulls down her top, revealing her breasts. Then she encourages him to play with her breast. He does, albeit in an innocent manner. Neither Carlos nor the adult female appears sexually aroused or excited by the exchange. She is merely satisfying his curiosity, and his behavior betrays no sexual interest or knowledge.
  • A woman (Yoima Valdés) is asleep in bed next to a young boy (Luis Castro). He is dressed, but she is completely naked. She is on her stomach uncovered, so we see her butt. Then she turns over revealing both breasts and her pubic area. The boy looks at her a moment, and then gets out of bed and leaves. Further context from the ACMA investigation: "Carlos is still in his clothes from the night before. His surprised reaction serves to further illustrate that no sexual activity has taken place."

Violence & Gore
