The Longest Japan TV Series is alive
Denny-451 September 2006
It's a bless for Gaoranger (2001 Sentai Series)to meet and trained by it's predecessor mentors. Gao Yellow got lessons from Red Falcon (LIVEMAN)about courage and swordsmanship. Gao Black got lessons from Ginga Blue (GINGAMAN)about strength. The pretty Gao White got Lessons from Mega Pink (MEGARANGER) about feminism and masquerading. And Gao Blue got lessons from Go Yellow (GOGO FIVE)about skill and efforts. The BIG ONE (JAKQ)is a flamboyant leader here, and Gao Red take a past lesson from his comrades how to beat 3 monsters alone! Yes, you also can look at vehicle or mecha from JAKQ to Gaorangers, and see the appearance of all sentai's red ranger from Go Ranger to Gao Ranger. So far, it's the coolest tribute to Sentai series I've ever seen. It's have the tradition of the series. It's cliché, but it's catchy.

Super Sentai Damashii-The spirit lives on
Blissey0127 November 2004
If memory serves, Toei wanted to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its SUPER SENTAI franchise. So, they found a way to weave five members of past Sentais plus 24 "Red Rangers" (GaoRed not withstanding) and clips from all 25 (at the time) teams into an adventure with the GaoRanger team.

Toei did a great job with "Hyakuju Sentai Gaorenjaa vs. Super Sentai." Seeing the five main past Sentai members (GingaBlue, GoGoYellow, MegaPink, LiveRed and Big One), plus all 25 "Red Rangers" and seeing various Zords/mecha from past teams attack the main monster gave me chills down my spine.

THIS IS HOW "FOREVER RED" SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE!

The way "Forever Red" should have been
Emphinix2 August 2006
I've seen this movie and it is much better than Power Rangers Wild Force's "Forever Red". Most of the Super Sentai warriors reunite to fight more powerful forces of evil.

I believe that the Super Sentai are much, much better than Power Rangers. Because the American adaptation seems to childish and ridiculous. Not only that, instead of ten red warriors it was 25 red rangers.

This movie is totally awesome and has more action than "Forever Red".

In my words this is how "Forever Red" should have been.

This movie gets a 10 out of 10

The ultimate Sentai Melee...Saban eat your heart out!

Saban has nothing on this movie. Although the US Version titled: "Forever Red" (a 30 minute episode from Power Rangers: Wild Force) was good using Red Rangers from the last 10 years, it is no match for Japanese Sentai (Task Force). When a monster is too powerful, what do you do?! You get Sentai from previous years to join forces and help you kick that monster @$$. Celebrating 25 years of Sentai, Toei come up with the ultimate crossover. 25 Ranger teams in one movie. The only thing I can say is that "You don't see that everyday." From JAKQ to Zyurangers to Dairangers to Kakurangers to Ohrangers to Carrangers to Megarangers to Gingaman to Go Go V to Timerangers to Gaoranger and more, they are all here!

Best Super Sentai Crossover ever!
emasterslake18 August 2010
The Gaorangers are in real trouble when they're up against an enemy that's been in hibernation till recently. He's so powerful that none of the Gaorangers' attacks work on him. So when all help seem lost, all five of them end up meeting five different ex-rangers from the past who each teach the Gaorangers the hardships of being a Sentai Ranger. Along with montages of moments from all of the previous Super Sentai series prior to 2001.

This is one of those crossovers that are as good as it gets. Every Super Sentai series from 1975-2001 are shown in this awesome crossover. The best scene would have to be all of the Red Rangers predecessor to Gao Red showing up and doing their own trademark pose.

A lot of the references and flashbacks make a lot of sense if you actually seen all of the Super Sentai series made before 2001. Cause the only people who'd enjoy it would be the Super Sentai fans. And it's really worth watching too, cause it has things that the Power Ranger anniversary specials will never have.
