Original cinema at it's best

Finally a director who brings something different to the table, Planet of the Pitts is very creative. The characters are likeable in this twisted evil way, and being a Brad Pitt fan his spoof was done with great research, which I'm sure, will be appreciated by all of his fans. I can't wait to see this again in the theaters.

could end up being a top 10 cult classic comedy film

this dark comedy is one of the funniest and quirkiest films i've ever seen. each individual character is unique and when broken down, can stand on their own. an original idea sure to go over with anyone who sees it. this is the epitome of the definition of dark comedy where if ANYTHING can and will happen, it's going to happen here in the planet of the pitts!

great ending

I was lucky to see a midnight showing of Planet of the Pitts in Lawrence, KS, last weekend out college campus theater. The theater was sold out. Everyone in there was laughing there as off on how ridiculous these characters where. The movie start off where it ends I guess. These four really weird characters are trying to save a parody Brad Pitt from hallucinating apes after drinking a soda contain bug spray which was a roach trap for Bear a supervisor at a power-plant in LA somewhere. That Bear guy was one of my favorite characters. It didn't seem like that guy was even acting. The ending was like being on an acid trip. Looking forward to more films from this new director Drew Sky.

the ending hit me real hard

Planet of the Pitts has something most movies lack and that is personality. You like each character, even the bad guys. The editor did a great job mixing it up. I am planning on seeing this film again tonight. I would love to know what it's like to get drunk at the bottom of a swimming pool. If there is a book on teaching you how to do this with out drowning let me know? Speaking of drinking, how does a CIA man in the film drinking a Martini manage to have his fishbowl glass always filled. There was no bar in the desert, but this guy manages to have his glass filled at all times, taking sips. There is such a puzzle and clues buried throughout the film i have to go back and watch it to catch it. I love the fact that this movie took a complete unexplainable but very bizarre twist in the end, don't want to spoil it for those of you who haven't seen it, but what a trip.

two thumbs up.
