Sex & Nudity

  • There are "Elite Guard" that are all women in very tight leather.

Violence & Gore

  • One of the weapons the player can wield is a flamethrower. Using this on human enemies causes them to swing around and scream in terror and pain before finally dying.
  • While the game is violent, since it was made in 2001, the violence is fairly dated and isn't quite as graphic as the newer games in the series.
  • Blood can be seen squirting out of people when they are shot.
  • Blood on the walls.
  • There are dungeons where blood can be seen everywhere.
  • There is a level where you are in a crypt with what are basically "Zombies" and blood is everywhere.
  • The game is a World War 2 shooter with lots of shooting.
  • When a grenade is thrown and explodes right underneath someone they explode into pieces.

Profanity

  • Very mild profanity; "damn" and "hell" are both once or twice at most.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Classic German beer pitchers can be drinked from and give a temporary stamina boost. The player can also aquire a bottle of wine later in the game and use it multiple times as a small source of health.
  • Few soldiers are very drunk, usually humming musical tunes and speaking gibberish.
  • Some soldiers may be seen smoking.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The game can get pretty tense while fighting.
  • There are zombies which may be scary to some people.
  • The game deals with the paranormal, so besides zombies there are other paranormal creatures.
