This was passed by the BBFC on November 13th 1957 but did not get shown until playing at the Rialto, Coventry St., London for five weeks from October 30th 1958 in support of British Lion's release of the German film Blitzkrieg. It did not get a general release until March 1961 when this Peter Rogers production did the rounds of the Rank circuit in support of No Love For Johnnie, produced by Rogers' wife, Betty E. Box.
