In the first chase where the police of the Anubis Universe are chasing Yulaw, the first car goes under the partly raised garage door and hits its lights on it. The siren dies and the light and siren get broken off. When the car drives on, however, the top is sparking but the lights and siren are intact.
When T.K. Law sees the bloody soap in the bathroom, in the close-up we see her shadow even though she is still at the door. A second later she approaches the soap and the same shot is used again.
Near the end, Statham's character says that the wormhole will open in 10 minutes - it actually takes a little over 12 minutes for it to open.
Several times police handguns are shown stopping tactical officers that are wearing heavy body armor via a single shot to the body. Armor such as that would stop any handgun round used by police.
After Yulaw crushes the cop with two motorcycles he steals a cop car.
When he pulls it in gear there are three audible clicks meaning it is in drive and the tire spins backwards (reverse).
While Gabe is practicing Bagua Zhang in his den, he actually slides over the wooden paneled floor with his Magnum Boots. It's impossible to slide with these things (especially on wood) since the carbon rubber sole is skid-proof.
When Gabe is going over the high wall at the police station to catch Yulaw, the barbed wire on top of the wall he struggles through is obviously made of rubber/foam.
During the climactic fight in the power plant, the part in the hair of both characters keeps changing from left to right to left again, as the film is flipped to aid in scene composition.
After Yulaw is sent to the penal colony during the final scene of the film, the two prisoners who first approach him keep looking down as they talk despite Yulaw having already stood up and walked up several steps of the pyramid.
The Gas Station Attendant reports violence by "a Chinese man". All he would know is that the man is of East Asian appearance.
