- This movie is full of gory violence, rape, as well as a graphic scene of cannibalism. and is one of the most disturbing anime ever made, proceed with caution.
- -The edited version of this film is still very violent and crude. It would definitely receive an R rating based on the violence and language alone.
- -The uncut version is much worse in terms of violence, rape, and nudity. Children are killed, women are raped, and we see a man eat his dead girlfriend.
