- The violence in this game can be considerably mild. A few shooting scenes can be very non-graphic
- There is a cutscene shootout at the beginning. Two men burst into a bar with guns and kill everyone in the room. A Brazilian is shot in the chest and shown later at a morgue.
- A few fist fights
- Two men are shot offscreen. Their dead bodies are shown a few seconds after.
- In one mission, Tanner has to ram a person's car several times to make it reach high damage. In the cutscene, the man is shown in the car lying unconscious. He has a bloody gash across his head; This scene is visible for a few minutes.
- Two men robbed a bank and are shown behind a car firing their guns at cops.
- A man gets shot in the back by a sniper. He is later seen lying on a table. He gets punched a few times
- Tanner walks into a house and sees his partner lying on the floor. Some blood can be seen.
- A suspect shoots through a building multiple times. Tanner shoots back at him. This is a very brief shootout.
- The antagonist of the game is found in the wreckage of a chopper. When he pulls his gun at Tanner, he kicks it out his hand. He punches and kicks him a few times. The villain is later taken into custody.
