Lame and Unfunny Comedy
claudio_carvalho11 July 2015
Hortência (Lameri Faria) has met Renato (Pascoal Guida) for a week and is his fiancée. However she does not know that Renato is a gigolo that is financially supported by Ana Maria, a woman married with the banker Carneiro (Colé Santana) that is also unfaithful. Carneiro is sexually impotent and follows the advice of his doctor, traveling to the Pousada do Rio Quente, an inn with mineral water in the fountains, with his secretary expecting to resolve his problem.

Renato lives in an apartment rented by Ana Maria with his cousin Flávio (Mozael Silveira) that also takes advantage from women. Somehow Hortência and Flávio have long phone conversations and he invites her to meet him. He finally convinces her to come to his apartment and she cheats Renato. However Renato, Ana Maria and their friend Gastão (Márcio Hathay) come to the apartment in the beginning of a great confusion.

"Com a Cama na Cabeça" is a lame and unfunny comedy with a terrible story; messy screenplay; no development of characters; laughable (in the bad sense) lines. The "actresses" are completely unknown and is impossible to identify who perform Ana Maria and Solange. The good points at least for their fans are the cameo of the Brazilian singers Vanusa singing "Sou de Um Tempo de Ninguém" and Antônio Marcos singing "Ninguém Vai Chorar por Ninguém". The view of Barra da Tijuca in the 70's is another plus. The silly merchandise of the "Pousada do Rio Quente" is ridiculous. My vote is two.
