Steven Verdel : Is that what you wish me to do?
Brick : Is that what I wish you to do? What are you, some kind of fag or something, huh? Is that it? You want me to smack you around a little bit so you can get off?
Steven Verdel : I just want to give you what you want.
Brick : Get the fuck out of here.
Steven Verdel : Is that your wish?
Brick : [punches Steven in the face] Is that your wish, you sick fuck?
Steven Verdel : I'm just here to serve you.

[throws Steven into the wall and beats him up]
Brick : You know what I'd wish? I'd wish you'd put up a better fight.
Djinn : [Steven changes into the Djinn] Granted!
Brick : What the fuck?
Djinn : Let's see what you've got, tough guy.

Djinn : Playtime is over, hunter. Face your true executioner.
Hunter : You hide your true form from the waker and leave your third wish ungranted.
[dodges the Djinn's attacks]
Hunter : Time grows short, demon. Death awaits you at the end of my blade.
Djinn : Death to the djinn is merely the moment before being reborn, unlike the eternal darkness that comes with yours.

Steven Verdel : [flicks bedroom light-switch but the bulb is dead] Goddamn it.
Djinn : [hiding in the bedroom closet] Not quite.
Steven Verdel : What the hell?
Djinn : That's closer.
Steven Verdel : [opens drawer and pulls out a gun] Who are you? How the hell did you get in here?
Djinn : I'm here to offer you a deal.
Steven Verdel : Is that right? A deal? What... Who sent you? Hollister? What is this, some sort of scare tactic to get me into a settlement? Is that it?
Djinn : Ah, if I wanted to scare you, you would be scared. Are you?
Steven Verdel : You tell Hollister I don't care how powerful he thinks he is. We are not gonna back down. And I suggest that you climb out the same window that you came in here before I call the cops.
Djinn : You wish me to leave?
Steven Verdel : No, no, not until you meet our city's finest.
[takes out his cellphone and goes to dial the police]
Djinn : I can grant you anything you desire, anything you can imagine.
Steven Verdel : That sounds to me like an offer to settle, huh?
[puts away cellphone]
Djinn : It is. Your soul for a wish.
Steven Verdel : I wish you would stop talking in riddles and tell me exactly what the hell it is you want.
Djinn : Ah!
[steps out of the closet to reveal himself]
Djinn : As you wish.
[Steven shoots at the Djinn and runs away only to be grabbed by him in the living room]
Djinn : I want three wishes from the waker to free my race from their eternal bondage. and now that I've granted your wish, I will take my soul. Hmm.
[the Djinn kills Steven by taking his face]
Djinn : Your identity... will offer me easy access to the waker.

Djinn : [the Djinn creates a wall of fire to prevent Lisa's escape] What lies beyond that wall is only frightening because you conceal it. It is merely a face put on the greed, violence, and atrocities that humanity already turns a blind eye to. It is easily forgotten if you choose not to look.
Steven Verdel : [Lisa is transported to a paradise. The Djinn has taken the form of Verdel] This is your reality if you wish it, Lisa, with a palace like none this world has ever known. Join me. Give yourself freely. Be my queen. Anything you can imagine will be yours. The world will be at my fingertips, and I will be at yours. You'll never be sick. You'll never suffer. You'll live forever.

Djinn : There is no escape, Lisa, unless I will it. This place no longer exists as you remember it.
Lisa : Well, I want things back the way they were.
[gets up to leave]
Djinn : Try to look beyond what your eyes see. I am only a monster if you choose to see me as one.
Steven Verdel : [the Djinn takes the form of Verdel] I can wear any body you like, any form you desire. What you felt for Verdel, you can feel for me. Just define the world that pleases you, and it's yours.

Steven Verdel : Running away is not the answer.
Lisa : Who are you?
Steven Verdel : Oh, that's a question not easily answered right now. I'm the beast in search of beauty's love, I'm the man who opened his heart to you, made love with you, the man you trusted with your deepest feelings. And yet I still deceived you.
Lisa : What does that mean?
Steven Verdel : I'm not who you think I am. I'm trapped, and you're the key to my freedom. If you could find some tiny bit of love in your heart for an ugly creature... You'll release me from my eternal torment.
Djinn : [the Djinn shows his true form and extends his hand to Lisa] Is love truly blind, my dear?
Lisa : No!
[horrified by the sight of the Djinn, she runs away]
Djinn : Oh. I'm afraid not.

Djinn : It doesn't have to be this way, Lisa. I can make this nightmare end for you right now. Let me give you paradise.
Lisa : [looks at the gun on the floor] Paradise would be one more bullet.
Djinn : Unfortunately, it won't be that easy for you. You've made your wishes.
[shoves Lisa away]
Djinn : You disappoint me, Lisa.
[roars in frustration]
Djinn : Your fate is inextricably tied to me and has been so since you found that stone. What's done cannot be undone! Grant the wish, or this torment will never end for either of us. I offer you one last chance to escape the torment that awaits you. Give me your love... And the universe is yours.
