Sex & Nudity

  • A man mentions a woman to be a whore
  • One character in particular acts sexy
  • A guy asks for some head
  • Some sexual references scattered throughout the film.
  • A man rips a woman's top off. No nudity is shown. Only the woman's bare back is seen for about 3-4 seconds as the scene ends.

Violence & Gore

  • There's a gunfight on a pontoon which clears out four to five men shot to passing and two men shot and harmed (one injured man is rolled into the water probably to drown, another man incorporates a exceptionally grisly confront and is severely injured and a man shoots him at point clear extend with a shotgun). One part moment of a man having his head shot off, a man getting shot within the arm with blood fog, individuals with carbines and guns shooting each other.
  • An explosive in a trashcan explodes as a diversion, but does cause one vehicle to crash into another. A man and a glass faced man pry open a door, breaking the frame while doing so. The man then zaps a woman with some device that renders her unconscious. They then break some display glass to steal jewels. Several bodies are seen in a jewelry store after the people have ingested coffee laced with a knock-out drug.
  • There's a fight with several men shoving, punching and kicking each other. A man shoves a man against a wall while the victim draws a gun and shoots three times breaking some glass in an office, and the aggressor then knocks him to the ground and punches and kicks him.
  • A man walks into a street, is hit by a car, tossed on the hood and rolls off onto the ground. (to divert the police attention away from another man).
  • An old man kicks an intruder and then holds a gun on him (it turns out to be an innocent man). He then smacks and pushes him backwards before flipping him to the ground and then threatening him with a large metal pipe.
  • A man goes to a security shed and fires a small gun to prove to a guard that it's real and then slams the man into a counter and then punches him several times (we don't see the latter) he gets unconcious.
  • A man goes on a cargo and uses tear gas or something similar to knock out some pilots in a plane that's stopped on the ground. They rob the money onto a truck and leave.
  • A man hits an old man with his gun and a crime boss then holds a shotgun on him. A man then hits the old man on the head or back with his gun and threatens him counting to three before they kill him.
  • A man knocks an old man unconscious and presses the button where they close the garage door. He escapes before the door reaches but it wasn't seen.
  • A man domestically smacks a woman in the face and she cries.
  • A van is driven recklessly, nearly runs into a semi and drives off the road.
  • A bomb explodes in a garbage can and a bomb explodes blowing up a airport runway shack (both as diversions).
  • Two police officers hold guns on two people, and there are a couple of other scenes when people are threatened with guns
  • Blood is seen when several characters are shot(both injured and killed).
  • 1 man is intimidated for gold to save his niece who was sent hostage. He refuses to send him gold. He is threatened by death. That man was sent to be executed in a portable john off screen (we hear a gunshot).
  • Some fisticuffs(a few are quite brutal).
  • 2 non-lethal and non injurious explosions.

Profanity

  • R leveled profanity is expected
  • 62 "f" words (6 used with "mother"), 7 "s" words, 1 slang term using male genitals ("c*cks*cker"), 1 slang term for breasts ("t*ts"), 10 hells, 5 asses, 3 S.O.B.s, 2 damns, 1 crap, 2 uses of "For Christ's sakes" and 1 use each of "For God's sakes," "Oh Lord," "Oh my God" and "Oh Christ" as exclamations.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A guy asks for a ciggerate
  • One scene was set in the bar
  • A brief statement of ciggerates
  • Some drinking and lots of smoking(both cigars and cigarettes).

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A man's bloody face is seen in a shootout.
  • The beginning is chill but it gets tense at the end where a man is intimidated to tell his boss the gold for his niece.
  • There are many tense moments during the robbery scenes when the crew is nearly caught.
  • Danny DeVito's character is slick but also can be intimidating
  • The movie got it's R rating for swearing and violence, the film is just a smooth caper film but its R rating isn't for the violence. The film would've gotten a PG-13 for violence but for excessive swearing the film earns its R rating.
  • Thriller movie suspense and a little girl is kidnapped to intimidate a man.
