Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • At the building site a woman is present along with the workers-slaves and some cleavage is shown (wherever we can see her)
  • There is also a scene towards the end of the movie in which Cleopatra and cesar kiss very , very passionately .
  • When Cleopatra enters to have her bath , we can see (very briefly) some of her buttocks as she enters the bath. Then we can clearly see her bare chest area (only her nipples are covered by the bath )

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A slave is sick from having eaten a poisoned cake.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The scene where Astérix, Obélix and Panoramix are lost in the pyramid may in some way be intense for young viewers.
  • The pyramid being destroyed may in some way be intense for young viewers as well.
  • A lamb is being fed to crocodiles and Numérobis is threatened with the same kind of death. In one shot it is alive, in another there is nothing left of it except the harness. It might upset small children as well as animal-loving adults.
