A typical french movie. Relaxed, no loud background music, natural actors. The plot is taken out of the daily life of middle aged people. Just watch the movie, smile and feel good for the time being.
This -very french- movies is a little gem. The four main characters are almost perfect: Claude Berri, rarely as good than here, tragically funny in his fight against aging. His wife Fanny Ardant showing, once again, that she can play - and play well- almost anything, Claude Brasseur and Alain Chabat in wonderful cameos. The dialogues are good, fast, the story credible and you will spend two hours very far from your usual problems... unless you are a man in his sixties.
