During WWI, Jerry the Currier is sent by a general to deliver a letter to HQ, but Thomas Von Klobberhafen is determined to acquire the letter. Mad scientist Dr. McWolf tries to make himself handsome. Dr. Droopy advertises a beauty product.
Calaboose Cal and Tom are hired by a penthouse owner to get rid of Jerry. Scoundrel McWolf is accused of taking sheep from loyal sheepdog Dripple and Miss Vavoom. An army of red ants crash Tom's birthday and cut the cake into pieces.
Tom chases Jerry in a department store. On the other hand a watchdog is pursuing Tom, so he distracts the dog with a Frisbee. Droopy and Dripple set out to find gold while McWolf follows them to get the gold for himself.
Jerry's mother helps him to deal with Tom during her visit. Droopy and Dripple rescues Miss Lolly Vavoom from a runaway stage coach. She organizes a race between Droopy and McWolf. Tom moves in to a witch's house.
In the old west, Sheepherders Droopy and Dripple protect a sheep from Sidewinder McWolf and his henchman. Calaboose Cal shows his inventions Tom in order to capture Jerry. Calaboose Cal has to get rid of a termite.
Droopy Man and Dripple Boy go after Dr. Reginald Riff Rat who plans to turn the city into rats just like him and kidnapped Cheetah Vavoom. Wildmouse escapes the police with Jerry's help who later steals Tom's love interest in the end.
Droopy and Dripple compete in an archery contest with McWolf and his son Stinky. Tom is sent to deal with the fire-breathing Wildmouse because the knights are too scared. Calaboose Cal becomes a magician for a child's birthday party.
Detective Dirty Droopy is fired on false statements given by Mangler McWolf. An elephant named Tundo performs in a concert but jumps every time Jerry is around. Tom is hired to get rid of Jerry.
