Konstantinou and Kodou play their roles as they are true couple in life. Also a comment to the greek society in the mid 60s.Nice music from Kapnisis and well written script.A big hit for the greek cinema, awarded in Chicago's film festival.

One of the best greek movies ever.

A not married couple and the years they spend together. A woman who changes after the marriage and demands a better quality of life. A husband who has old fashion ideas. Not only the couple, but Athens changes with them. We are in the middle of 60's and everything new comes to take the place of everything old. Does love stay? A great film by a great director, Yorgos Tzabellas. A film full of emotions. A modern film, even today (2002). Maro Kontou gives, in this movie, the best performance in her career, in the role of a simple, anejucated woman who can teach a serius and nervous man as her husband (Yorgos Konstantinou) that in love there are no winners or losers.
