Two different TWA planes are used, although they're supposed to be the same plane. One is the Star of Cairo, with the Arabic translation beneath, and the other is the Star of France, with L'Etoile de France under it.
Early in the movie, they land in Chicago (for a brief layover) in the dark of night. But, in the next scene, when passengers are "de-planing" . . . it is broad daylight.
While flying a ground-controlled approach (GCA) to Jackson Field, the air traffic controller talks the aircraft down to as close as one half mile from touchdown yet the film footage shows the Constellation still flying with no landing gear deployed. They haven't put the wheels down.
