When I was a kid, Larry Holmes was my hero. Its so unfair that because of his quiet personality and the fact that he was champion after Ali that he has never been given the credit he deserves. He almost equalled Rocky Marciano's record of 49 wins with no losses (that it boxings most sacred record by the way). I remember his fight with Ali and watching this documentary made the memories more vivid. Ali had no business getting in the ring with ANYONE that night in Las Vegas let alone Larry Holmes. He had had a medical test at the Mayo clinic that revealed he was hurt and it is a disgrace this fight was allowed to take place.
