Daniel Craig Once Said That Playing James Bond On Screen Helped Him Dodge Mid-Life Crisis ( Photo Credit – IMDb )
James Bond is the most dapper spy in the history of fiction, and any actor playing the role of 007 felt the jazziness of the character. For example, Daniel Craig once admitted that playing Bond helped him avert his mid-life crisis. Craig appeared in five Bond movies before retiring from the role, and the producers are still hunting for the next actor to play the character.
He made his Bond debut in 2006 with Casino Royale, and his last outing was No Time to Die, which came out in 2021. Many believe that Craig’s portrayal of the character has been praised and appreciated the most after Sean Connery. He stepped into the role at a time when films with similar subjects, like The Bourne Identity and the Mission: Impossible franchise, were entertaining the audiences full-fledgedly.

Legendary has optioned the rights to develop comedian Bert Kreischer’s story “The Machine” into a feature film following its viral success, sources tell Variety.
The video has generated more than 85 million views on Facebook and YouTube since hitting the social media channels in December 2016 and Legendary moved aggressively to land the rights. Kreischer and Judi Marmel will produce the project.
In comic’s stand-up special “The Machine,” the story follows Kreischer’s adventure as a seventh-year senior at Florida State University who was accidentally majoring in Russian. Kreischer says he became well known among Russian Mafia members while studying abroad and earned the nickname “the Machine” because of his incredible drinking prowess. Ultimately, his connections would catch up with him on a class trip where he was forced to become an accomplice in a train robbery.
Kreischer’s most recent standup special, “Bert Kreischer: Secret Time,” debuted on Netflix in August 2018 to critical acclaim.

Chris Brown is an artist whose public persona is nearly impossible to separate from his art. He's an obviously gifted singer, and frequently an even better dancer. His pout and his swagger, when he's performing, is all part of the act. And the act can often be the art. He's also been repeatedly arrested, charged and sentenced for assault; he publicly brawls with other artists; he's proven a hostile and defensive in television appearances and on social media. That recent Billboard interview was insufferable. He can be vile about women, boastful about commercial success and his own materialism. His success is dependent on inspired live performances, a hit single and the support of his label and guest artists on his records. This need has worked its way into his art, onto his new album "X," though not always in the most explicit, lyrical terms. "X" was an album that took a year-and-a-half to make,...

Jerry O'Connell is set to play the scary but lovable Herman Munster in NBC's reboot of the 1960s sitcom The Munsters.
Joining O'Connell on the new series -- called Mockingbird Lane -- will also be Eddie Izzard in the role of grandpa, the vampire role originally played by Al Lewis, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Herman Munster was portrayed by Fred Gwynne in the original Universal Studios-produced series, which ran from 1964-1966 on CBS.

Mason Cook will play Herman's werewolf son Eddie in the pilot, which will be executive produced and directed by Bryan Singer (House M.D.), THR reports.
Pushing Daisies creator Bryan Fuller, who is heading up NBC's reboot effort, said the challenge will be transforming the classic sitcom about a family of monsters into a successful modern dramedy. "If we continued to call the show The Munsters, people are just...

Congratulations to Leila Lopes from Angola, who was crowned Miss Universe 2011 in last night’s 60th anniversary competition in Sao Paulo, Brazil!
I had every intention of compiling 10 Adorable Andy Cohen Faces for this post (he hosted along with Today anchor Natalie Morales). But as soon as the bikini catwalk started, I knew that the standout moments of this major television event were, instead, the 10 Most Awkward Swimsuit Competition Utterances — made by the well-intentioned but ohhhhhhh so corny skybox commentators Jeannie Mai and Shandi Finnessey. Body shots for everyone and my official ranking here:
10. Miss China
“She looks tall? She is tall.

Well, well, well. Our little navy brown flower blossoms are all grown up!! The young gents and gentlewhores of Jersey Shore will be taking their sh*tshow overseas next season, all the way to Italy, where they can rub their crotchal regions in the faces of locals from Milan to Palermo. Finally, a chance for Americans, real Americans, to show Europe what we’re all about!! Body Shots, Tanning And Random P*Ssy/D*Ck!!! In other words – Everything Italy Also Loves!! And yet, some Americans are not into the idea at all. They feel the 35 year old leatherfaced babychilds who make up the Jersey Shore cast will bring sadness and shame to our country. Which is total and complete bullsh*t. Do you have any idea what Italians will be saying when they see footage of The Situation fingerbanging some puttana locale in front of the Vatican?? I’ll...

Three new, full body character shots have made their way online, courtesy of Planet Disney and via /Film’s image software. The photos themselves are magazine scans from Vanity Fair, but not content with sub-standard scanned images Peter at /Film has tidied them up a bit.
The new images feature Mia Wasikowska as Alice, Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter and Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen. The images give us a brilliant idea as to the direction that Tim Burton is taking the film, and in my opinion the designs are very much a live-action interpretation of the 1951 animated film.
Alice In Wonderland is released in the UK on 12th March 2010. Take a look at the images below:

Locarno loves 'Nine Lives,' stars
ROME -- Rodrigo Garcia's film Nine Lives, the sole American film in competition at the 58th Locarno International Film Festival, was the big winner at the awards gala Saturday night, walking away with the Golden Leopard for best film and the Leopard for best actress, which was collectively awarded to the film's ensemble cast. In addition to the Golden Leopard, Garcia and the producers of Nine Lives -- which follows the travails and disappointments of nine women, including Glenn Close, Holly Hunter, Kathy Baker, Sissy Spacek and Robin Wright Penn -- also will share a pot of 90,000 Swiss francs. Cuban-born Garcia is the son of writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez. His most recent project before Nine Lives was the 1999 film Body Shots.
