Are a person's beliefs and actions more important than their life? Can you decide to give a man life or take it from him? These are the questions that are brought to light in Lucas Howe's short film "TAG". The film occurs in a World War II hospital that is overwhelmed with injured solders. Doing a historical piece such as this for a short film is quite an undertaking. Lucas and his crew did a fantastic job of recreating the feel of the time period. More so than the story of the film the production of the film impresses me. For what is essentially a no budget student project these young filmmakers have done an impressive job of putting together a very professional film. I look forward to seeing what Mr. Howe and his co-producer Mr. Nils do next.
