Eric Schaeffer's 1994 debut film, "My Life in Turnaround", was a sloppy but charming effort that promised bigger and better things. Unfortunately, that promise was hardly realized in his two follow-ups, "If Lucy Fell" and the egregious "Fall", and this latest effort continues the downward trend.
