- A woman wearing a tank top is sprayed by a water hose. Her tank top is ripped off from the force of the water and her bare breasts can be seen.
- The main character has several scenes where she walks or runs around in her underwear.
- A zombie's breast is exposed, falling out of her hospital nightgown, drenched in blood.
- Main character wears a shirt with no bra in some scenes and her erect nipples can be seen through it.

- A few people get lobotomized through out this movie, a demonic looking doctor sticks a needle in the corner of his victims eyes.
- A man can be seen having the top of his head cut open, his brain is exposed.
- A pit filled with bloody corpses can be seen.
- A man gets shot in the head.
- A mental patient attacks a guard and threatens him with a scalpel, he slightly cuts the guards neck. A drop of blood can be seen, the mental patient gets punched in the gut by the guard and gets beaten. Blood can be seen on his mouth.
- A man can be seen sitting in a chair with device penetrating his bloody eye socket.
- A man gets attacked from behind and gets strangled.
- A demonic looking surgeon can be seen holding a severed head, he throws it against a window in order to scare a woman. Editor's Note: Please do not refer to "a decapitated head". 'Decapitated' means 'with the head removed. A decapitated head is a head without a head.
- A cop gets attacked by a zombie, his skull gets torn open and his brain is ripped out. Pretty graphic but more comical than anything else.
- Another cop gets attacked by a whole bunch of zombies, his head gets ripped open (offscreen). A zombie can be seen holding the cops brain.
- Two zombies get shot, without any visible wounds.
- A few zombies can be seen holding human brains.
- A zombie has holy water sprayed at him, his face melts off.
- A man can be seen lying on a operating table with his brains exposed, the demonic looking surgeon sticks needles into the man's brain. The man is awake whilst this is happening.
- A zombie gets shot with a shotgun, without any bloody results.
- A zombie has a plastic bag of holy water poured all over him, his face can be seen melting.
- When the main antagonist gets defeated in the end, he slowly starts to decompose. There's smoke coming out of his facial wounds, blood runs out of his mouth. Untill he falls on the ground.

- One of the mental patients calls the zombies assholes at the end of the film before they try to take them out

- A nurse laughs maniacly while hosing down a girl who is tied up with her arms above her.
- A woman with blood on her face attacks a nurse and grabs her face, the nurse is seen a few minutes later holding her own brain.
- The main antagonist is an demonic looking surgeon with red glowing eyes.
- The zombie attacks could be distressing for some
- A zombie is splashed with holy water - his face melts - quite a graphic scene and intense. The camera shows this happening close up.
- A woman appears to be possessed by something evil when she was hypnotised - this lasts a couple minutes before she snaps out of the trance and wakes up.
