As Standard As A HK Action Can Be

Warning: Spoilers
I couldn't follow the story well because the DVD had so many grammatical errors, it was retarded. All I know is the brother of the "Fiery Family" gets into some s*** with a bunch of gangsters over a $1,000,000 which leads to the family to escape from where ever they live. A couple of them die and the other two seek revenge.

Fiery Family began well with a street fight involving blades, chainsaws and other crap. Then I got confused. Stupid grammar. I never heard the word "rimsof" before. Anyways, as far as a HK action film is concerned, it's pretty good. It's bloody and violent with a mixture of street brawling and martial arts with an assortment of weapons. Also has some gun play to boot. As far as the story and pacing is concerned, it does get lazy from time to time with dramatization but the action is spread out pretty well to keep you from killing yourself of boredom. Plus, the movie appears to be of very low production. Like a dollar.

Also this film has Gordon Lui, Lo Leih and other familiarities of the Shaw Brothers lore.

In Conclusion: I would recommend this movie to HK action completionists as best. There is nothing innovative here but I did like enough for the violent action and stuff.
